It was on Friday January 06, 1989 35 years ago that His Excellency Tarcisius Ngalalekumtwa, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Iringa was consecrated in the Holy Episcopal Degree by Saint Pope John Paul II in Saint Peter's Basilica - Vatican City, Rome Italy.
